# Be positive
# Music
# Some things it seems to work better than others, or faster, or longer…
# Stay focused!
# Tell yourself focus on what you “say” during meditation, not the background noise!!
# Tell yourself to take that nice feeling with you, when you go sleep!
# No need to be specific all the time: I told myself that I would get better and notice things at a certain game.
Nothing more specific, except for telling myself to concentrate better.
# The truth will come out, but not what that truth is.
# Get inspired!
